-
- No, no, no, no... Stay with Brilliance. It works in Ham8 keeping the 24bits
- data internally and the speed is much better than DPaint... Ham8 in brilliance
- is like 32 colors in DPaint! 256 colors in Brilliance is like 8 colors in
- DPaint!!! You have the same keystrokes as in DPaint.
-
- What else do you want?! Why do you have to think twice?! :)
-
- I don't understand what is your problem with the memory... You can do
- animations with several megs long, Brilliane takes care of switching date
- between Fast and Chip.
-
- Of course that if you are working with several Hi-Res Ham8 images and lots of
- brushes, you will have ChipMem problems... Same thing with DPaint, only
- slower...
-
- PS: Yes, I think Brilliance is the *BEST* 2D animation program on the Amiga!!!
- DPaint IV doesn't even know what an accelerator is! You can expect almost the
- same performance with a Warped A4000 as with a stock A1200... It Sucks... I
- didn't even bother to check DPaintV... It's improved camera moves and tablet
- sensitivity are nothing compared with the headaches I would get from
- waiting...
-
- Sorry about that folks, I'm just tired... Nothing that a good 24h sleep can't
- fix :)
